Ross & Annie are getting married in August at the Basin Harbor Club and I am BEYOND excited....especially after hearing more. There will be pink bowties, and antique furniture, and lanters in the trees, and pink shoes and just so many other things that caused me to make many happy noises :)
Annie & Ross - you guys are a blast and I can't wait for the end of August!
xo

First off how can you NOT love someone who wears bright red shoes??!!

They were sports to climb up a ladder into a dusty and dirty hayloft for this one!

Annie's engagement ring is SO unique and beautiful.

The water was COLD.

More long grass and pretty blue sky and fun pink shoes. Ahhhhhh :)

The first truck we found was pretty good but there were cars parked on either side so I couldn't get the wide shot that I wanted

There is a local band in Shelburne that plays a song called "Why can't my woman be more like my truck?" I wish I could find the lyrics because it is CLASSIC.

We ended up in a barn....that sort of had a runway thing going on. I love barns. So much textured wood and walls and colors and grit - AHHHH!

Have a great July 4th!

I love all the locations you used for this shoot. Great variety. I especially love the emotion of the shot on the shore (above the photo of their feet). You did a really nice job on these!
by fate i came across your website because of your pet portraits (we have 2 goldens i'd love for you to photograph!)...then i started looking at your blog, thinking to myself "wow, i'd love for her to photograph my own weding someday"...only to recognize Annie & Ross! We'll be at their wedding in August too! Can't wait to meet you and see all the incredible images you capture that day of the two of them! Love, love, love your work!
holy smokes these are off the hook! i LOVE Shelburne Farms. you really captured the spirit of Vermont with this shoot. so many dramatic shots - inside the huge barn, their feet in the water, the shots on the truck. REALLY great set!
LOVE when you shoot at Shelburne Farms. Reminds me of our trip last year and our golf cart adventures around the grounds. I can't wait to go back there someday :)
These are so beautiful. I don't know what more to say than what I usually say...awesome job!
